Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the 1KK website, Telegram-based workflow, and YouTube publishing features (the "Service"), operated by 1KK Media OU. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your account and authority
You are responsible for activity initiated through your Telegram and connected social accounts. You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and you must keep access to those accounts secure.
YouTube features
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. Google determines whether your account may use YouTube and may restrict or remove content under its own terms and policies.
Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant 1KK and its service providers a limited permission to host, process, format, transmit, and publish that content solely to operate the features you request. You are responsible for confirming titles, descriptions, privacy settings, and other publishing instructions before publication.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for the content and instructions you provide, including any music, video, images, trademarks, and personal information contained in them.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break the law or violate another person's rights;
- publish spam, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized content;
- bypass platform restrictions, security controls, or rate limits;
- gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; or
- interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
Service providers and third-party platforms
We use Post for Me, operated by Day Moon Development LLC, to provide social-account connection and publishing infrastructure. Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and content rules. 1KK does not control decisions made by Google, YouTube, Telegram, or Post for Me.
Disconnecting and ending use
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can revoke Google access from Google Account connections and request disconnection or deletion at support@1kk.media. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or respond to a platform restriction.
Availability and liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular publishing time, audience reach, monetization, or acceptance of content by a third-party platform. To the extent permitted by law, 1KK Media OU is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service when appropriate.
